How to Reset Your Password
Members can login to the Members Only area of Cairns Family History’s website to access some additional content. If your membership has expired, you can still login, but you won’t be able to access any Members Only content unless you Renew first.
To login, all you need to know is your email address and password.
If you have never logged in or set your password before, or if you have forgotten it, you can reset it very easily at any time by clicking on the Forgot Password link under the Login button, and you will receive an email with a link to click to reset your password.
To reset your password, click on the Login link near the top right of our home page:
Or click on the Log In button on the Members menu:
Or go to the Login box on the right sidebar of many pages.
Click on Forgot Password under the Log In button:
Enter your email address, click the Request Password Reset button, and you will receive an email link to click on to reset your password.
Next time you login, check the Remember Me box so that your browser remembers you!
How to Change Your Password
To change your password once you are logged in, go to the Members menu and click on Account:
Scroll down to the bottom and click on Change Password:
From your Account page, you can also update your name, address, phone number, email address, check your Subscription and Payments history, and Renew (from the Subscriptions tab):
