Albert’s parents were Albert James and Mary Ann Louisa (Chaston) Chittleborough. He was born 15 February 1920 and was one of six children. John (Jack), William (deceased), Albert, Grace Anne, Joyce Alma, Denis Arnold and Betty.
Cause of death was recorded as illness.
Albert Chittleborough’s name is on the Roll of Honour at Naracoorte, South Australia and is also located at panel 10 in the Commemorative Area at the Australian War Memorial (as indicated by the poppy on the plan).
